One time start up fee of $50. Monthly Membership Fee will be $50 per month ($600 per year)

We do not accept any forms of insurance! This allows us to keep prices affordable to those who need us.

Add Additional People to your Membership: Husband/Wife - $90 a month ($1080 yearly + one time fee $80) Parent + 1 Child - $80 a month ($920 yearly + one time fee $60) Parent + 2 Children - $120 a month ($1440 yearly + one time fee $70) Family of 4 - $140 a month ($1680 yearly + one time fee $80) Family of 5 - $170 a month ($2040 yearly + one time fee $80)
